### Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our Data Analytics & Business Intelligence team. This role is pivotal in creating visually engaging, data-driven executive dashboards designed specifically for C-suite stakeholders and business leaders. You will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic decision-making by building intuitive, real-time reporting solutions. With a focus on brand-aligned aesthetics and mobile/web compatibility, you will ensure our leadership team has actionable insights at their fingertips, whether they are in the office or on the go.

### Responsibilities
* Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with corporate brand standards.
* Mobile and Web Compatibility: Optimize dashboard interfaces for seamless access across mobile devices and web platforms, ensuring high-performance, real-time data delivery for executives.
* Data Modelling & Visualization: Architect efficient and scalable data models to support complex reporting requirements, utilizing industry best practices in data visualization to drive strategic decision-making.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and providing meaningful insights into performance and goals.
* Data Accuracy & Integrity: Implement rigorous data validation and cleansing processes to maintain high standards of data quality and reporting reliability.
* ETL & Data Pipelines: Build and manage robust ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure consistent, reliable data extraction, transformation, and loading.
* SQL Optimization: Develop and tune complex SQL queries to maximize performance, speed, and reliability of data extraction and dashboard loading.
* System Integration: Integrate data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and various CRM platforms to provide a holistic view of business insights.
* Team Leadership: Take full ownership of projects, delivering results with minimal supervision while effectively delegating tasks to team members to ensure the timely completion of all deliverables.
* Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear, transparent communication with team members, stakeholders, and senior executives to ensure full alignment on project objectives and timelines.

### Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in Power BI development, data analytics, and dashboard design, with a demonstrated focus on C-suite level solutions.
* Power BI Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of data modelling, advanced visualization techniques, and report design tailored for executive users.
* Mobile-First Design: Proven track record of creating reports specifically optimized for tablets, smartphones, and desktop environments.
* SQL Expertise: Strong technical proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data manipulation and performance tuning.
* System Integration: Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and leveraging AWS services for cloud-based data storage and analysis.
* Data Engineering: Solid understanding of ETL frameworks and data pipeline management.
* Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and delegate effectively to ensure project success.

### Nice to Have
* Experience in UI/UX design principles applied to business intelligence.
* Advanced certification in Power BI or Microsoft Data Platform technologies.
* Background in agile project management methodologies.
* Experience with additional cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse).
