• Account data — name, work email, company, and role for users who sign in.
• Candidate data — resumes/CVs, contact details, work history, skills, assessment and interview responses, and recordings where a candidate consents to a video interview.
• Usage data — log data, device/browser information, and cookies used to operate and secure the service.
• Communications — messages exchanged through email, WhatsApp, or voice outreach when you interact with a recruiter or our automated assistant.

2. How we use information

We use personal data to operate the platform: matching candidates to roles, screening and ranking applications, scheduling and conducting interviews and assessments, enabling recruiter outreach, securing the service, and complying with legal obligations. We process candidate data on behalf of the employer/recruiter (our customer), who acts as the data controller for their hiring activities.

Scores and recommendations produced by the platform are advisory and are computed from defined rules for human review. We do not make decisions about individuals by automated means alone, and nothing on the platform automatically rejects a candidate.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to improve it. You can review and change your choices at any time from the cookie settings link in the app footer.

4. How we share information

We share data with the hiring organization you are interacting with, and with service providers that help us deliver the platform (for example, cloud hosting, email/WhatsApp/voice delivery, and AI processing) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service to our customer and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Customers may also request deletion of candidate records they control.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. 7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — including access controls, encryption in transit, and a tamper-evident audit trail over privileged actions — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify affected parties of incidents as required by law.
