### Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team in the IT Services and Data Analytics sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust data solutions that empower stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build efficient data pipelines, develop intuitive visualizations, and ensure the integrity of our analytical infrastructure.

### Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
* Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using SSRS and Power BI.
* Build, manage, and maintain scalable data models within SSAS (Tabular).
* Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to ensure high performance.
* Support large-scale data migration projects and execute rigorous data validation efforts.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to capture business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
* Proactively troubleshoot, identify, and resolve data-related issues to maintain system reliability.

### Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 4+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence development.
* Proven hands-on experience with the Microsoft BI stack: SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
* Strong proficiency in SQL and T-SQL development.
* Demonstrated experience with data modeling concepts.
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

### Nice to Have
* Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure.
* Proficiency in additional data tools, scripting languages, or analytical frameworks.
* Previous experience working in a consulting or client-facing capacity.
* Experience with SSAS (Tabular) development.
